About the Event
The Small Choices Ribbon Run 5K is a run for every cancer ribbon color. Together, we will create a course filled with runners and walkers representing the stories, memories, and people behind each cancer ribbon color.
Cancer has touched nearly every family in some way. This run is a chance to come together as a community to support those fighting, celebrate survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and honor the people whose lives have been forever changed by cancer.
Each year, one kilometer of the course will be dedicated to the memories of those we’ve lost in our community to cancer. This year, that memorial milepost is the Toni Trot, inspired by Toni Baltizar. In the years ahead, this memorial 1K will carry on the legacy.
The Ribbon Run 5K is about more than crossing a finish line. 100% of proceeds go directly toward helping local cancer patients, turning one morning…
